Subscription Cancellation And Refund Policy

PTFitApp is a subscription service which you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. After cancellation your subscription will expire at the end of your current subscription period. All services and updates will be available until your subscription expires.

For example, if you registered as a PTFitApp member on the 3rd of the month, then on the 15th you cancel your subscription, one month after your initial subscription was started your access to PTFitApp would stop and you would not be billed after.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time.

14 day Free Trial Period

PTFitApp offers a 14 day free trial period for new members. This will not be given for memberships that are reactivated.

14 day Grace Period

The PTFitApp Android trainer app and client app implement a 14 day grace period with full functionality. This is done to allow full off-line functionality should a member reach the expiration date of their membership while not connected to the internet. This time is not considered part of the subsription period. Therefore no refund or continued web access will be given for this period. If a member makes the next subsription period payment during this 14 day grace period, the subsription will be extended from the previous expiration date not the date of the payment.

Refund Policy for LIfetime Membership

$2.50/month on remaining term up of 30 months. At which point refund is not available.
